For homestays, hotels, resorts and villas
Bookings that come in while you sleep.
Guests ask on WhatsApp because it's quick. Chatji answers them from your live availability, takes the booking in a form inside WhatsApp, collects the advance and keeps your calendar right, so you only step in when a guest needs a person.
- Live availability and rates, answered in seconds
- A booking form inside WhatsApp
- Advance by UPI, Razorpay or Stripe, confirmed when paid
- Day-before reminders and review requests

What you get
Rooms, rates and a live calendar
Add your room types, how many of each and the price per night. Chatji shows free rooms for every night and never double-books the last room.
An AI that knows what's free
Each reply uses your rates and the free rooms for the next 30 nights. It collects dates and guests and sends your booking form; it doesn't confirm on its own.
Booking form in WhatsApp
Room, dates, guests and name in one WhatsApp form on your own number. Chatji checks availability and holds the room, or suggests another room type.
Advance payments
Your advance (any %) by Razorpay, Stripe or UPI straight to your account, in your currency. A reminder goes out before the hold ends; unpaid holds lapse and the room becomes free again.
Messages before and after
Booking confirmation, a reminder the day before at check-in time, and a review request a few hours after check-out. Cancel a booking and they stop.
Every booking in one place
Bookings from the form, from chats and from phone calls or other sites, with Confirm, Check in, Check out and Cancel, plus occupancy reports.
Airbnb and Booking.com calendars
Import each room's calendar from Airbnb, Booking.com or your channel manager so those nights are blocked, and give them chatji's calendar link in return.
Extras and add-ons
Sell airport pickups, dinners and tours on a simple page, paid online or in person, with orders in one list.
Guests in their own language
The AI answers in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Arabic or whatever the guest writes in, with your rates exactly as you set them.

Questions
Do you sync with Booking.com or Airbnb?
Yes, by calendar link (iCal). Paste each room's Airbnb, Booking.com or channel-manager calendar link in chatji and those nights are blocked; add chatji's calendar link there so chatji bookings block them too.
Will the AI confirm bookings by itself?
No. It answers questions and sends your booking form. A booking is held only when the guest submits the form or your team holds it from the chat, and it's confirmed when the advance is paid or when your team confirms it.
What if I don't take advances?
Then a form booking can be held for your team to confirm, or you can confirm from the chat without an advance.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Invite your team; everyone works from the same inbox, and chats that need a person rise to the top with a note from the AI.
Does the guest need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp; the payment page opens in their browser.
