For restaurants, coaching, real estate, travel, repairs, events and more

If your customers are on WhatsApp, chatji works for you.

Teach the AI what your customers ask once, and it answers every chat in seconds, in their language, from your own information. Take payments, sell a few things, send offers and follow-ups, and step in only when a customer needs a person.

  • Answers from what you teach it, in any language
  • Payment links by UPI, Razorpay or Stripe
  • Chat links, QR codes and a website button
  • Offers, reminders and follow-ups that send themselves

Start your first chat link

Write the message your customers start with. Your link, QR code and starter buttons update as you type.

Your link

https://wa.me/910000000000?text=Hi!%20I'd%20like%20to%20check%20room%20availability.

Your number goes where the zeros are. In chatji it's a short link (chatji.ai/c/k7m2qp) that counts taps and chats, and tags each contact with where they came from.

A QR code for every link

Print it on a table card, a poster, your reception desk or a delivery box. Scan it with your phone camera to try this one.

What you get

An AI that knows your business

Paste your menu, courses, listings, fees or policies, or let chatji draft them from your website. It answers only from that and hands over when it isn't sure.

Every language your customers use

It replies in the language and script the customer writes in, keeps your prices exactly as written, and gives your team the summary in English.

Payments in the chat

Send a payment link for a deposit, a fee or an order: Razorpay or Stripe confirm themselves, or take UPI straight to your account with no gateway fees.

A simple online shop

Sell vouchers, tickets, courses, meal boxes or products on a page made for WhatsApp, paid online or in person.

Start more chats

Chat links and QR codes for your Instagram bio, posters and table cards, a website chat button, and starter buttons customers tap instead of typing.

Follow-ups and offers

Thank-yous, reminders and offers through approved WhatsApp templates, broadcasts to customers who opted in, and a STOP that always works.

Questions

My business isn't listed. Does it still work?

Yes. The AI agent, team inbox, chat links, payment links, a simple shop, broadcasts and automations work for any business. Choose “Any other business” when you sign up; you can change the kind later in Settings.

Can it take reservations or appointments?

Yes. If you book times (a table, a class, a visit), choose Appointments instead, or switch to it later: you get services, opening hours, free times and a booking form in WhatsApp.

Will the AI make things up?

It answers only from what you teach it. When it doesn't know, it says a person will reply and hands the chat to your team with a note.

Which countries and currencies?

Any WhatsApp number, in your own currency. Stripe works in most countries; Razorpay and UPI are for India.
